Edgar Payne: The Scenic Journey

The 2013 You be the Judge art contest has now begun and this year’s Grand Prize package contains some incredible items and opportunities for the Grand Prize winner. Among artist’s equipment, instructional art videos and a chance to have your work seen in major art magazines around the world, there is also an entire library of art books that is included as well. One of those books contains the most substantial collection of Edgar Payne’s work available and is one that I highly recommend to other artists.
