Charlotte Portrait Painter — Fine Oil Portraits by Brian Neher

Based right here in Charlotte, Brian Neher paints commissioned oil portraits for families across Myers Park, Eastover, SouthPark, Dilworth, and Uptown executives who want artwork that lasts for generations.

Why Charlotte Families Choose Brian Neher

Charlotte has grown into one of the Southeast's most dynamic cities, and with that growth comes a community of families, business founders, and institutional leaders who understand the value of a painted portrait. Brian Neher has been painting portraits in Charlotte long enough that his work now hangs in homes along tree-lined streets in Myers Park, in corporate boardrooms overlooking Uptown, and in private collections throughout the Queen City.

The types of commissions coming out of Charlotte reflect the city itself. You have multi-generational families living on historic estates near Queens Road West who want a painting that captures three generations together. You have financial services executives working in the towers along Tryon Street who need a formal portrait for their firm's partner wall.

What makes Charlotte portrait clients unique is that they tend to think in terms of legacy. This is a city where people put down roots and want something tangible to show for it. An oil portrait painted on the finest Belgian linen fits that mindset perfectly. Families in neighboring Concord and Huntersville often discover Brian through the same Charlotte network of collectors and referrals.
