Executive Portrait Pricing & Commission Fees
Base Pricing
Portrait commission prices for a single subject are based on canvas size. For custom portrait artwork, pricing also varies with subject count.
Multi-Figure Pricing
The prices for two and three-figure portraits will be established before the sitting. A discount of 10% per additional figure may be applied towards a single painting that contains two or more figures.
Framing & Travel
A payment of 50% of the commission price is required at the time of the sitting. This payment is non-refundable in order to compensate for the artist's time and progression of the portrait. The remaining balance is paid upon completion. Invoices can be directed to accounting departments, foundation boards, or university purchasing offices with standard W9 documentation provided.
Payment Terms
Upon request, Brian Neher will work with the client to select a custom frame that is appropriate to the painting and the placement of the portrait. Framing, shipping costs, and travel expenses are in addition to the price of the portrait.
